  37. It's called MS-DOS Kermit.  It is exactly what you need.

  44. You can ftp it from the Internet.  If you VMS machine is on the Internet,
  45. that's the easiest way to do it.  The second easiest way is to order it
  46. from us on TK50 or whatever medium your VMS machine has.  The third easiest
  47. way is to ftp it to some other machine and then transfer it to the VMS
  48. system -- but the customary paradox here is that you might need Kermit in
  49. the first place in order to do this.
